When can I Register?
Register any time! We hold course everyday
9:00AM-5-30PM Monday-Friday.
Can I take classes out of order?
Attend any day of the week. The class modules can be taken in any order. Each Session is 3.5 hours. 20 sessions for a total of 75 hours. We have 2 sessions per day.
9:00AM-12:30PM and 1:30PM-5PM.
When can I register for the State Test?
There are 2 exams required before you get your license. The Charter Real Estate School exam is admistered after you take the course. You must register on the state website to take your state exam. There is usually a wait time so register before you finish your course.

You can attend real estate pre-licensing courses online from the comfort of your home, or at one of our exclusive locations, where you’ll have the chance to not only study, but also meet with other students, interact with teachers and form new professional relationships.
